We accept card payments and Paypal payments. If you are shopping
from outside of the UK, place your order and your card company will convert
the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch &
Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items
are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you
may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Orders can be sent
direct to you at home or to your business address.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct
it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate
that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists
between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract
between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect
us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently
under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product
for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you
first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software
mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat'
basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Meechs Menswear reserves the
right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Stock Availability
Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock or sold out due to high
demand. If the original delivery date cannot be met and the customer would not
like to wait for the item(s) to be ordered then the customer may cancel the
order. If the customer would like to wait we will immediately place the items
on urgent order with our suppliers. The customer will be contacted via E-mail
or Telephone within 48 hours to advise a delivery date. If the product ordered
is not available a full refund will be given.
Pricing
All product prices and descriptions are checked to confirm accuracy, but may
be subject to revision. Special Offers and Sale items are available for a limited
period only.
Colours
Every effort is made to ensure colours are as accurate as possible. However,
there may be slight variations between the images shown on your computer screen
and the actual product.
Quality Control
All garments are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our store and should
arrive in perfect condition. In the event that damage occurs in Transit, please
notify us immediately.
