Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Orders can be sent direct to you at home or to your business address. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Meechs Menswear reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. Shipping And Handling
We offer a selection of different Shipping Services to customers, which can be selected from the Checkout:
Next Day Service for Small Items We are offering a Next Day Service for orders under £25 at a cost of £4.70, if the order is placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday and if stock is available, Interlink don't deliver at the weekends. If we are out of stock you will be advised and given a new delivery date. International Service Cost = The Checkout will work out the
cost depending on what Country you are in and what product(s) you are ordering.
All International Orders are sent by Airmail time depends on where you are in
the world. |

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed between Monday & Friday are sent same day or day after depending on the time of order. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday even if our Interlink service is selected, as we are unable to dispatch during the weekend. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you have any complaints or queries please contact us by telephoning 01305 771224 or e-mail us at info@meechs.co.uk In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you may cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of the day after you receive your goods. You must return the goods to us by registered or recorded delivery within a reasonable time following cancellation for a full refund. Meechs Menswear can not accept liability for any item(s) lost in the post. Customers with complaints will be kept upto date via e-mail or phone until the matter is resolved. We guarantee to answer all complaints within 3 working days, although the vast majority will be answered instantly. Refunds will only be made if the item is in its original condition and has not be worn or used. Items that become faulty after delivery we ask the customer to return them to us for free replacement within 6 months of purchase. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Your statutory rights are not effected by this. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
