How to Order Ordering is easy and you can do it in three different ways:
Online via our secure website; By telephone or By fax;
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo. Orders can be sent direct to you at home or to your business Address. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Meechs Menswear / JH Meech & Son Ltd have cleared in full.
To place an Online order you need to find a product you wish to buy click on the Add to Cart button to place the product in the shopping cart. (Don't forget some of our products have options that must be selected like Colour or Waist Size before you can place your order.)
Now the product you have selected is now placed in the shopping basket which you can see at the top right of your screen. Now you can either continue shopping or go to the Checkout.
The Checkout is where you enter the Billing address and Delivery address if different from billing address. Also you can select the different Shipping options we offer. Select a Payment Method is set to Card payments through Actinic, you can change this to Paypal if you wish.
Once you click the Next button a new window will open when you have completed the 3 checkout pages, you will either be taken to our Secure Payment server or Paypal Payment page depending on what you chose. Click OK to continue.
If you are paying by Card payments through SagePay you will now be sent to our Secure Server where you are able to enter your credit or debit card details. Enter the card number, start date, expiry date and Issue Number if a Switch card. Don't forget to enter the 3 Digit Security Number on the back of the card. If you are using a Mastercard, Visa or Maestro you will now be taken to Mastercard Secure Code page or Verified by Visa Page to enter your online pin code. If you haven't enrolled you will be offered the chance to or you can cancel if you don't wish to take part & continue with your order. Enter your code correctly and you will be take to the payment success screen and thats it all done!
You will now be sent an e-mail confirming what you have ordered (if you entered the correct email address).
Order Processing & Despatch Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. If your item is out of stock you will be advised asap.
Orders placed after 1:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
We despatch orders normally on regular working days throughout the festive season.
During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day Information. Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, please see below:

We offer International Standard Air Mail for orders upto 2kg taking 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days to the rest of the world.
We also offer International Tracked for added peace of mind for orders upto 2kg taking 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world.
Our Checkout will work out the cost of shipping depending on what Country you are in and the weight of the product(s) you are ordering. For very large orders please contact us first and we will advise you the cost using a courier service like DHL or Fedex.
Security & Credit Card Safety Your safety is guaranteed because Meechs.co.uk uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by: the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the web browser window.

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at Meechs.co.uk, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Meechs.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own.
Overseas Orders Please note that while we display the approximate US Dollars and Euro amounts for products featured on the Meechs website, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
Postage Costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form when you select the destination country.
All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail and our international courier partners. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.
British Forces - BFPO We accept orders to all BFPO addresses. There are some restrictions regarding which products can be sent but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.
Complaints We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 3 Working Days either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
Returns And Refunds... ...are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods If you return the product the item(s) must be in its original condition within 28 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone (on 0333 800 1928) or email (at firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform us of your wish to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
Faulty Goods If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone (on 0333 800 1928) or email (at email@example.com) to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. We ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded).

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
Christmas Returns Policy Unwanted Christmas presents? Worried that you're not going to able to send stuff back after Christmas? Worry not.
If you purchase something from our site and the recipient doesn't have the taste to realise a) how great both you and your present are or b) the possible benefits of owning more that one of it/them, then you can send the product back to us for a refund as long as the product is unopened and in perfect condition*. You must advise our customer service team and we must receive it back in our warehouse before the end of January. Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them a Meechs.co.uk gift voucher matching the value of the initial purchase. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
The only issue was that you specified a delivery sign for but in fact the parcel was just left in the open at the front door. Not satisfactory from a Post Office point of view. Not your fault at all but theirs. Tim
