This web site is owned and operated by Meechs Menswear who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments or if you need to contact us, please email us using the link on the store page or use the details below.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments and Paypal payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Orders can be sent direct to you at home or to your business address.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Meechs Menswear reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

For Next Day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders made after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Interlink Express information
Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail indicating a '1 hour' delivery slot the day your order is due to be delivered. This can be changed - simply follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. (Please note that in exceptional circumstances, deliveries will be made up to 5.30pm).You can track where your parcel is via the Interlink Website at www.interlinkexpress.com. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you are unable to sign for the goods, the driver will leave a calling card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery time.
Next Day delivery is not available to the following postcodes:
Orders to the above postcodes will be sent on a 2 day service. Interlink orders to Offshore UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland isn’t available and a alternative Courier will be used.

We also offer Airsure or International Sign for orders upto 2kg and is a fast tracked option. Taking 2 - 4 working days to Europe and 4 - 6 working days for the rest of the world.
The Checkout will work out the cost depending on what Country you are in and the weight of the product(s) you are ordering
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

If you decide to join our mailing list, we will use your email address for mailings from Meechs Menswear about our new products and special offers. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies its the customers right that we either rectify, block, erase or destroy inaccurate data.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
The contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order's data are not availabe via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privay policy.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you may cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us you wish to cancel by either emailing email@example.com or in writing to Meechs Menswear, 103 St Mary Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8NY. Please note, the right to cancel can not be exercised by phone. You must return the goods to us at your own expence, by registered or recorded delivery within a reasonable time following cancellation. Upon reciept of returned goods we will issue a full refund. Customers with complaints will be kept upto date via e-mail or phone until the matter is resolved. We guarantee to answer all complaints within 3 working days, although the vast majority will be answered instantly. Refunds will only be made if the item is in its original condition. Items that become faulty after delivery we ask the customer to return them to us for free replacement within 6 months of purchase. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Your statutory rights are not effected by this.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
