Terms Content~Payment Options
We have provided secure online facilities which allow payment by Major Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo. Orders can be sent direct to you at home or to your business Address. .

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Meechs Menswear / JH Meech & Son Ltd have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Meechs Menswear monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Meechs Menswear reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Cancellation Rights
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint it should be directed to info@meechs.co.uk in writing. We will respond to the complaint within 3 days of receipt. We will endeavor to provide a solution to your complaint within 5 workings days. .

Stock Availability
Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock or sold out due to high demand. If the original delivery date cannot be met and the customer would not like to wait for the item(s) to be ordered then the customer may cancel the order. If the customer would like to wait we will immediately place the items on urgent order with our suppliers. The customer will be contacted via E-mail within 48 hours to advise a delivery date. If the product ordered is not available a full refund will be given.

Pricing
All product prices and descriptions are checked to confirm accuracy, but may be subject to revision. Special Offers and Sale items are available for a limited period only.

Colours
Every effort is made to ensure colours are as accurate as possible. However, there may be slight variations between the images shown on your computer screen and the actual product.

Quality Control
All garments are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our store and should arrive in perfect condition. In the event that damage occurs in Transit, please notify us immediately.

Conversion to Clip on Tie
We require you to send us the ties you wish to have converted to clip-on with a cover letter including Your Order Number that our website generated for you during the checkout process. Once we have received your ties you will have them back between 7 to 14 days. Converting a tie to a Clip-On is a permanent irreversible modification which requires punching small holes in, and shortening the necktie. By sending your ties for modification you thereby agree not to hold Meechs Menswear liable for loss or damage of your neckties before, during, or after the modification process. When shipping your ties to us for conversion please ship them insured with a good carrier. Meechs is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Delivery
Orders placed between Monday & Friday are sent same day or day after depending on the time of order. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday even if 48hr service is selected, as we are unable to dispatch during the weekend. We offer 3 different Shipping Services to customers which can be selected from the Checkout page:

Free Service (3-10 days) Sent by First Class Royal Mail Sign for on delivery post service. (UK Only)
48hr Service Cost = £5.95 Sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. (UK Only)
International Service Cost = The Checkout will work out the cost depending on what Country you are in and what product(s) you are ordering. All International Orders are sent by Airmail time depends on where you are in the world.

In the unlikey event of item(s) to be found faulty a full refund including postage for returned item(s) will be given within 7 working days. The customer is responsible for the return postage on unwanted item(s).

This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

You must return the goods to us by registered or recorded delivery within a reasonable time following cancellation for a full refund. Meechs Menswear can not accept liability for any item(s) lost in the post Customers with complaints will be kept upto date via e-mail or phone until the matter is resolved. We guarantee to answer all complaints within 3 working days, although the vast majority will be answered instantly. Refunds will only be made if the item is in its original condition and has not be worn or used. Your statutory rights are not effected by this. Items that become faulty after delivery we ask the customer to return them to us for free replacement within 6 months of purchase.
